Is there a call out charge for your service?

No, there isn’t a call out charge for your treatment as this is all included into the price of the treatment. However, if you would like my service in a congestion zone area or out of the locations that I cover then a charge will be added on top of your treatment cost.  We do not include the cost of congestion charge in our treatment pricing.

 

Do you have a salon?

No, we don’t have a salon. We are Mobile Beauty Service that cover treatments in your home, office, events or even your holiday homes.

 

Is there a minimum spend?

Yes, there is a minimum spend of £30. This minimum spend is at full price before any discounts per visit.

 

Do I need to provide any equipment?

No, you don’t need to provide any equipment for your treatment. All is covered by Blume Mobile Beauty. We may ask from time to time for some water for things such as facials, or a water bowl for a water bath for removing tint.

 

How do I pay?

You have a couple of choices how to pay for your treatment. We can accept Visa, Master Card, Maestro and American Express on the day of your appointment. You can also pay by cash. 

 

Cancelling my appointment?

Blume Beauty require 48 hours notice if you need to cancel your appointment. If you don't contact us to cancel your appointment you will be charged 100% of your treatment cost. 

 

Do I need a patch test to have Tinting or Eyelash Extensions?

Yes it is advisable that you have a patch test 24-48 hours prior to your treatment. This is important so that we know that you don’t have any allergic reactions to any of the following products we will be using.
