Due to hygiene and safety reasons, all skincare, beauty, and personal care products are final sale unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Photos of the item and packaging
  • A brief description of the issue

Once approved, we may offer:

  • A replacement product
  • Store credit
  • A refund to the original payment method

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Gift cards
  • Personal care items for hygiene reasons

Refund Processing
