After cleansing, take one pad and use the embossed side first. Gently swipe from the central face outward (T‑zone, cheeks, chin). Flip to the smooth side and swipe again for a more refined finish and to deposit the treatment essence. Follow with your usual serum, moisturizer, and in the morning, sunscreen-especially important after exfoliating. Frequency: Start with 2‑3 times per week (especially if you're new to acid exfoliants), then adjust up as tolerated. For sensitive skin or when using strong actives (retinoids, etc.), alternate nights.
